[FIT] September OGIC meeting cancelled

OGIC members:

We're going to cancel the September OGIC meeting.  There is one decision point that would have been on the agenda, the disposition of the remaining FIT funds, and I believe we can do that via email in the next couple of weeks.  We will reconvene next at the December meeting.  Thanks!
