[FIT] Disregard previous announcement regarding Draft Zoning Extension to Administrative Boundaries Data Standard review

Please disregard my previous announcement of a 45 day review period for the zoning extension to the administrative boundaries standard.  This draft remains in review by the zoning workgroup of the administrative boundaries FIT and is not yet ready for review by the overall FIT community.  My apologies for any confusion my error in prematurely announcing this review may have caused.
