[FIT] September 2014 OGIC cancelled

After conferring with the OGIC Chair, Alex Pettit, we're going to cancel the quarterly OGIC meeting scheduled for September 17, 2014.  There may be an item or two that we will need to deal with by email between now and the December 17 meeting.  I will be sending out an update on recent activities by mid-September.
