[FIT] Oregon GIS Framework Forum post-event survey for those who did not attend

Oregon's Geospatial Enterprise Office held a GIS framework forum in Eugene last week.  In order to assist in the future planning for events of this type I am asking those who did not attend to complete a short (four question) survey of the reasons why they were not there.
