[FIT] Upcoming FIT meetings

There are two FIT meetings scheduled in February:

Elevation FIT meets on Feb 18 (next Tuesday) from 10:00am - 1:00pm at DAS West Conference Room B
Elevation FIT Agenda:

*         Introductions and general business:

o   Need for some house cleaning on state web site E-FIT pages

o   Status of E-FIT charter

o   Delivery dates for current projects (Lane county, etc.)

o   Update on Lidar distribution experiment

*         Discuss 3DEP program (Sheri Schneider)

*         Lidar data collection needs - strategies for filling the data holes

*         Discuss opportunities and develop next steps

Administrative Boundaries FIT meets on Feb 26 (Wednesday) from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at ODOT Mill Creek Building in the Crown Point Conference Room
Administrative Boundaries FIT Agenda:
*             Introductions and information share (all)
*             Update\Report from Zoning Workgroup (Gail E.)
*             Re-examine potential for tax code areas use in generating a subset of admin boundary layers (John P.)
*             Review of Admin Boundaries FIT data elements list (to be sent out prior to meeting) -  add\remove\re-prioritize list?
*             Getting more admin bndy layers onto OSDL (with metadata)
