[FIT] New statewide soils dataset available from Oregon Spatial Data Library

The soils workgroup of the Geoscience FIT, led by Ian Reid of NRCS, has recently made available a statewide soils dataset for Oregon.  Comprised of SSURGO data combined with STATSGO soils where SSURGO is not yet available, and enhanced through the addition of a number of companion layer files.  The data are now available through the Oregon Spatial Data Library (http://spatialdata.oregonexplorer.info/)
