For those of you that may use UAS for some kind of spatial project/data capture there was a bill this session modifying existing Oregon laws related to unmanned aircraft. HB 4066 is currently waiting for the Governor's signature.
Among the changes are requirements for "Public Bodies" to have policies and procedures for the use, storage, accessing, sharing and retention of data acquired using a UAS. Other additions restrict some UAS operations involving "Critical Infrastructure Facilities" and relate to privacy when operated for commercial purposes.
