[FIT] OGIC meeting materials

OGIC Members:

The upcoming OGIC meeting will be held on January 19, 2018, from 8:00am to Noon, at the Executive Office Building, 155 Cottage St. NE, Conf. Room A, Salem, OR  97301.

I have included three links below.

The first link is the main OGIC page.  It indicates the time and place for the January 19, 2018 OGIC meeting.  It's been updated to include some information about the restructured Council, as well as some historical information about the program.

The second link is the page that contains the review materials for the meeting, including the agenda, a draft charter, and a draft budget proposal for GEO.  The budget proposal is likely to change, this is a very early draft but was submitted to meet early deadlines for the Dept. of Administrative Services.

The third link is the updated OGIC membership.
