At the GIS in Action statewide conference in Portland two weeks ago, Rep. Nathanson gave the attached keynote address.  I thought you all should have a chance to see it.  A colleague at DHS/OHA asked her for it and sent it to me.  As I think you know, Rep. Nathanson is the co-Chair of the Joint Committee on Ways and Means, and was the primary sponsor for the data sharing bill, HB2906, in the 2017 Legislative Session.
