[FIT] OGIC Quarterly Meeting

The meeting minutes link below has been hit and miss today.  My apologies.  It seems to be working for me in Internet Explorer, but not in Chrome, so perhaps it's a browser issue.  We've been having FTP issues for some time now, trying to get them fixed.
