[FIT] 25th Framework Forum announcement

Good morning everyone,

As I suspect you're aware, Governor Brown has issued more restrictive measures to combat the spread of COVID-19. I am writing now to confirm that the 25th Framework Forum in-person meeting is cancelled.

Please know that I've been exploring options for holding a virtual meeting instead. I will be in touch in the coming days with additional information about what our next steps will be by email. I'll also post to the GEO Framework Forums webpage<https://www.oregon.gov/geo/Pages/forums.aspx> and the registration page<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/98525962807>. (Neither has been updated as of yet.)
