<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">I hope many of you are attending GIS in Action this year. This is our annual GIS conference, a great opportunity to connect with others in the geospatial community. And the
session are always very good. We need your participation in this conference. We put this on for your benefit. I strongly encourage you to attend. There will be a van leaving from the State Motor Pool at 6:30am on both April 16 and April 17 if you need
a ride. Please let me know, first come, first served on the van seats. The van will return on Tuesday evening, departing Portland at about 6:30 so as to participate in at least part of the Vendor Social. The van will return on Thursday departing right after
