<p class="MsoNormal">I want to let you know that the Framework Implementation Leads and I have collaborated to update the FIT Charter. You can find the updated charter on the
<a href="https://www.oregon.gov/geo/Pages/fit.aspx">Framework webpage</a> under <b>
Guiding Documents</b>. Updates include revising our purpose and mission statements and adding a vision statement for the Framework Implementation Team. We made the updates at the request of the Oregon Geographic Information Council (OGIC).

<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve also updated the nomination form for Framework Theme Leads, as part of an initiative to develop a database of potential FIT theme leads, and updated the selection procedure document with the new link. You can also find a link to the
nomination form on the <a href="https://www.oregon.gov/geo/Pages/fit.aspx">Framework webpage</a> under the
<b>Initiatives</b> section of the center column, in the FIT Leads Database initiative description.

<p class="MsoNormal">Anyone may complete a nomination form for oneself or someone else. The form focuses on collecting information about the skills and experiences nominees bring to the Framework Implementation Team. The information collected will be used by
themes to select new theme leads as the need for new leadership arises. <o:p></o:p></p>
