Hello SNAP food partners,

Please note that the SNAP partner meeting originally scheduled for this Thursday afternoon has been cancelled, however, there will be an ODHS community partner webinar held this Thursday morning at 10AM where ODHS leadership will be providing updated information about updates to the federal government shutdown and the impact on SNAP benefits in November. To best support partner attendance at this webinar, we have cancelled the SNAP Partner Meeting this month. Please see below for more information or to register for Thursday morning's webinar.

Hello Food Partners,

This morning, Governor Kotek sent out a press release<https://mailchi.mp/oregon/trump-administration-notifies-states-that-snap-benefits-not-coming-in-november?e=b881567993> about the federal government shutdown and the impact to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for November. Follow up information will be coming from ODHS in the coming days.

You and your organization are invited to the upcoming ODHS community partner webinar that will be held this Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 10AM. This webinar will focus on updates to SNAP November benefits related to the federal government shutdown. Details for this webinar can be found below in English and Spanish.

  *   This webinar will be recorded.
  *   All participant microphones will be muted.
  *   There will be an option to submit written questions.

  *   Spanish language and ASL Interpretation along with Real-time captioning (CART) will be available.
