[gis_info] Data sales question

Hi All,

At Wasco County we sell our GIS data (and no, let's not even start that
discussion again...). When we implemented the fees I added a procedure to
allow people to apply for a fee waiver by appearing before our Board of
Commissioners. Does anyone else who sells their data have anything like
that set up? Last time I was before the BOC they asked me to find out.
