[gis_info] KCGIS User Group April 1 - special GIS for Covid-19 roundtable - update information

The April 1, 2020 King County GIS User Group meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, from 1100am-1230pm (PT), 100-230pm (CT), 200-330pm (ET).

This is the goal of the meeting:
Speakers will share a snapshot of their approach to using GIS for COVID-19, as well as their challenges and issues. Issues include balancing personal location privacy with the public's desire to know case locations. Then we will have a panel discussion and the opportunity to take questions from the audience.
