[gis_info] Amazon AWS outage impacting ArcGIS Online and other Cloud services

In case you have not seen it, Amazon AWS is having issues this morning especially with their east coast operations. https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

This appears to be causing issues with other cloud hosted solutions such as AGOL. So, if you are having issues with AGOL, this is most likely the culprit.  Amazon is working to resolve the issue. Also, if you use any other cloud hosted applications or solutions that are hosted in Amazon AWS they are also going to be impacted by this issue.
