*Descriptions*
Descriptions for all of the workshops can also be found at
gispd.com/training. Please pay particular attention to any prerequisite
requirements in the descriptions and below.
*New Workshop*
Intermediate ArcGIS Arcade is a new workshop.
*Approach*
The nature of these workshops is as much coaching as it is teaching, in
that, rather than working through fixed exercises, attendees seem to prefer
to follow along as I give explanations and demos and then spend time
practicing what they've learned, helping each other out in the process.
This allows for an engaging and flexible approach, with discussion and
experimentation greatly enhancing the collective experience.
*Things to Note*
For all workshops, please read the associated details carefully and note
the following:
- Prerequisite requirements
As explained in the descriptions:
- The Introduction to ArcGIS Arcade workshop is a prerequisite
requirement for the Intermediate ArcGIS Arcade workshop;
- The Introduction to Python Programming workshop is a prerequisite
requirement for the Introduction to ArcGIS Data Management Using
Python and
Introduction to ArcGIS Pro Python Tools and Processes
Development workshops;
- There are no prerequisite requirements for the Introduction to
JavaScript for ArcGIS Application Development workshop;
- Please get in touch if you would like to discuss a waiver of any
prerequisite requirements.
- Setup
- I'll send you setup instructions well before a workshop commences.
- You're welcome to register at any time before a workshop starts. If
you have trouble registering at the last minute, please let me know and
we'll work it out. Please bear in mind that it’s important that you’ve
completed all setup requirements BEFORE a workshop begins.
