[gis_info] Synchronous online ArcGIS App Development with Arcade workshop

Western Washington University is offering a 2-day synchronous online
intensive workshop on ArcGIS App Development with Arcade. The workshop will
meet on July 11th and 12th, from 9:00 am to 2:50 pm PDT. Registration
during WWU's summer session is open to everyone, with no need to be
admitted to WWU (see https://summer.wwu.edu/register-summer for
