<div>USGIF is seeking subject matter experts to take <b>Universal GEOINT pilot exams
</b>at the<b> Esri UC </b>on<b> Tuesday 7/21</b>, supporting development of our new
<b>professional Universal GEOINT credential</b>. We seek SMEs for <b>two exams</b>: (a)
<b>Remote Sensing & Imagery Analysis</b>, and (b) <b>GIS & Analysis Tools</b>. These exams will be administered by GSX with USGIF proctors. There is
<b>no cost for exam takers</b>, and those who pass exams will receive <b>credit towards Universal GEOINT certification</b>.</div>

<div>You can find information about the new <b>Universal GEOINT Essential Body of Knowledge</b> at the following web page. Pilot exams developed by USGIF/GSX for the new Universal GEOINT credential are built upon this framework. </div>

<div><b>Exams</b> are scheduled for <b>8-11am</b> and <b>1-4pm</b> PT on <b>Tuesday 7/21</b>, and will be administered within
<b>Esri UC</b> confines. GSX will run psychometric analyses upon collective pilot exam results within each exam domain, to establish pass/fail thresholds and evaluate test item suitability.</div>

<div>Towards that psychometric analysis goal, we have greater need for SMEs to take the Remote Sensing & Imagery Analysis exam than for the GIS & Analysis Tools exam. Given that need, we will require those interested in the GIS exam to first take the Remote
Sensing exam (special case exceptions possible). </div>
