<p class="MsoNormal">This meeting will have a special focus on application of GIS by utility providers. Please spread the word to GIS staff AND non-GIS staff in your organization who might be interested. It would be great to have some content experts in the

<p class="MsoNormal">As previously mentioned, this will be the last meeting for Bill Clingman of LCOG, who has served for many years as the local WVGISUG coordinator for the Eugene/Springfield area meetings, and while he will be greatly missed, I wish him much
happiness in retirement! With Bill's exit, the WVGISUG needs a new volunteer from the Eugene/Springfield area to organize the winter meetings, which Lane County Public Works graciously hosts at their facility. Earn GISP points and be a part of one of the longest-running
