in its development of a natural hazards risk assessment tool within a GIS environment. We anticipate that the tool will be used by the state, cities, counties, special districts, tribes, consultants, and researchers to assess vulnerability (including social
vulnerability) and risk from natural hazard events to people, natural systems, and the built environment.
