Dear Cy,

 

With Rob McDougald's departure from ESRI, we are reassigning staff to
ensure that we continue to provide our State of Oregon customers with
excellent service. As we recruit new staff, account assignments may
change over time. For now, the following ESRI staff are assigned as
noted below. Please pass the word out to the State of Oregon GIS
community:



*         Matthieu Denuelle (mdenuelle at esri.com) will work directly with
you directly and ORDAS on overall ELA needs / strategy / support.
Matthieu will also be engaged with ODOT on their ongoing projects and
will work closely with Reed Hunter, Oregon ELA Technical Advisor.



*         John Sharrard (jsharrard at esri.com), who has worked closely
with many/all OR agencies over the year remains available as a resource.
Do not hesitate to contact John as you may have done in the past or if
you are unsure of how to get an issue addressed.



*         Sarah Barnes (sbarnes at esri.com) is the ESRI sales associate
for OR and has worked in the background with Rob for the last 2 years.
She is available to take your calls and help address your needs/issue.

 

Also, please do feel free to contact me directly if any problem surfaces
or falls in the crack while we transition.
