[gpl_list] Using ESRI Services as content

At GPL yesterday we discussed the use of ESRI services as content for Web applications and the Desktop. We were discussing how to cite such content this morning and in researching it Dave Quillin here at OPRD found the following "fine print" from ESRI about their services in "static content."

It would probably be worth discussing the potential impacts of these Terms of Service at an upcoming GPL meeting.
