Here is the draft GPL agenda.  I wanted to get this out so you all have time to look at and into topic #1 which will be the main topic for the meeting.  Please bring your ideas, concerns and knowledge of the different certifications.

 1.  Impacts or issues related to the new ESRI Technical Certification and the decision by GISCI to also adopt testing  based certification.  We 

need to discuss the potential impact of the ESRI certification especially via-vis the State Standard.  Topic idea from Brady.
