[gpl_list] Questions about the Esri Certification at GPL

	Here are answers to the questions that were asked during the GPL meeting last week on the Esri Certification Program:

	 

	Certification does not expire.  If you pass an ArcGIS 10 exam, you are Technically Certified at 10 – forever.  

	 

	We are still working on how people will “upgrade” their certification for a new release, but there will probably be some kind of delta exam.  Price is unknown at this time.  One has to pay every time you take an exam. The cost of the exam goes to the testing centers.
