Funding Proposal for your consideration for endorsement. 

You only need to reply if you oppose GPL endorsement by close of
business Wednesday, March 15th, I'll assume no reply indicates
endorsement.

Diana, thank you for distributing this to GPL. At the close of the
comment period I'll pass any comments to Cy and Dave. Shortly thereafter
we'll have a final document for GPL to consider for endorsement. The
document will next go to PAC and then to OGIC with the goal of
endorsement at their March 21st meeting.

Diana,

Attached is the Address Point Framework Data Funding Request. We've
discussed this at GPL but GPL has not had the document for review yet.
Cy and Dave Snader just released the document and FIT Leads will be
reviewing it tomorrow. Will you please send it out to GPL for their
technical review? We need to close comments by end of day Monday, March
12 to allow time to integrate them and obtain PAC review prior to OGIC
on March 21st.
