[gpl_list] image service slow down

Thanks for letting me know about this problem; I'm wasn't able to detect
any issues on our servers and they all seem to be running OK now.
Please let me know if you continue to have any problems with the image
services (same holds for anyone else on GPL-List).

I am gathering information for my IT department. I would like to know if
there was an slow down this morning on your Image service? We had a few
users who experienced a slow period from 8 to 11 AM.
