[gpl_list] updated GPL meeting agenda for tomorrow

2.    World Transportation:http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Reference/World_Transportation/MapServer

3.    Imagery:http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer

We've coded our SharePoint GIS web part to use 1-3 as an 'Aerial with labels' service for our users to directly replace Bing's old 'Aerials with labels' service.
