[gpl_list] Amended Map Element Standard - next steps

No one from GPL suggested any changes to the document so I'm going to consider the current version to be the draft from GPL that will go into the major amendment process. Basically this process involves a 45 day open comment period after which we'll discuss any input, revise if warranted and then send it out for another 45 day period. I've taken a first cut at revising this document based on our discussion and Rachel's notes. It's my experience that track changes makes a mess out of a document like this so I've highlighted the edits in yellow. It's available for your reviewing pleasure in the GPL Program Leaders space on GovSpace. This link may take you there: https://govspace.oregon.gov/docs/DOC-22879?uploadSuccess=true#comment-12174. Then again, you may have to look for it in the documents section of the Space.
Let's hold it open for comments until Thursday the 24th at which time I'll do my best to incorporate the feedback and get another version out to GPL for a final(?) review prior to publishing and announcing it as required for amending a standard.
