I just finished processing the 2013 tax lot data from GEO and here are
my notes.  Let me know if I've missed anything.  For each county I
joined the ownership table (where it existed) to the tax lot feature
class and projected it to Oregon Lambert (EPSG #2992).  All of the
county output feature classes are in a single file geodatabase.

 

I'll work with Milt to get it to GEO if enough folks want the output.
