[gpl_list] Wildfire - Rowena Fire on RAPTOR

Good afternoon,

As you may be aware, we have been tracking the Rowena Fire that is currently burning near The Dalles.  In an effort to share this information with our broader community, I have attached a screenshot from RAPTOR that displays the wildfire data that we are accessing real-time to provide a comprehensive picture of infrastructure that is threatened and populations under evacuation.
