[gpl_list] Chair resignation

All,

I have accepted a job offer from the Washington DOT in Olympia and will be starting this new job November 3rd.  With that said, the October GPL meeting will be the last meeting that I Chair and Randy Sounhein will take over these responsibilities two months early, beginning in November.  For those not attending the NW GIS Conference next week, I'll see you on the 14th.
