Hi All.

We are working on a multi-agency project with the USGS and will likely need to support an Oregon version of a USGS tool that will be hosted in the Amazon cloud. We do not have the staff resources in-house or readily available, so I thought I'd find out if any other state agencies have staff that could possibly help us out through some sort of agreement/arrangement. All of the primary components are using open source technologies.

We're looking for someone with experience in the following:
Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, GeoServer, and Amazon Web Service ECS

Additional "nice to have" skills would also include: Grails and Groovy

Let me know if you have someone with these skills and you're interested in sharing resources or providing some help.

Thanks!
Rachel
