[gpl_list] tax lot use

Hi folks, I'm making a presentation next week with Dave Mather at the OSACA (County Assessor) Conference and I'm hoping you could help us out.

If you use the tax lot data as a state agency, could you please give me a brief summary of the use?  If you have a link you'd like to point me to, I can make a screen shot or two to use in slides.  Or you can make a screen shot if you'd rather just send me that.  Thanks very much for any input you can easily provide.
