[gpl_list] ArcGIS Server Patch from Esri - Addressing Issues arising from Spectre Patching

All,

Due to patching to address the Spectre security vulnerability Esri products may have issues.  Specifically you may not be able to start services once they have been stopped or publish in ArcGIS Server.

Be aware if you apply the patch it may change or remove some the groups you have set up for secure services to you will need to look at your security settings per service.
