I purchased the Esri UC content and am making it available to you.  You can access the content here<https://www.sok-media.com/>.  You will be asked to enter a userID and password.  The userID is my email address.  The password is navigatOR1.

Before you ask, yes I am aware there is some risk associated with doing it this way.  Unfortunately, this appears to be the only way to make this content available to you.  I don't believe there is any restriction in providing this URL and login credentials to others in state government.  There was some mention of restrictions beyond our state government organization when I first made the purchase, but no mention of that when I received the URL or set the login credentials.  Nevertheless, it would probably be good to limit how broadly this information is passed.
