The processing steps we used were fairly simple.

1)      Convert JSON file to a feature class

2)      Clean up the topology errors

3)      Add square foot attribute to polygons

4)      Convert polygons to points

5)      Add Plus Code<https://plus.codes/> addresses

6)      Add county and location (often city)

We did see that some buildings in the Portland area (West Linn & Clackamas) were missing.
