[gpl_list] Trails Data

Does anyone know of data that would help with this request, besides the BLM GTRN trails data?

I was contacted by USFS with this request:
"I am looking for Oregon state trail data, we are working on our Recreation map for the
Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area and would like to add the State used trails within the Scenic Area"
