Please see the December GPL Meeting Agenda attached.  Note that a large chunk of this meeting will allow esri time to give us a presentation on ArcGIS Enterprise, and receive input from us on our projected/desired use of the advantage program.  To prepare, here are a few questions and notes from esri to support the agenda item.

Esri:
The primary purpose for this meeting is to review and gather the State of Oreon's current business and technical goals for their Esri technology and Advantage Program.  The meeting will align Esri with OR agency needs and provide for discussion of Esri's Advantage Program Learning and Services support options.

The result of these meetings will be an updated Technical Work Plan that summarizes technical and business objectives and the recommended Esri training and consulting activities that can assist in achieving those objectives.

Sample Questions:
What do you hope to achieve through the Advantage Program in the coming year (training, software, workflows, apps, business goals, etc.)?
Beyond this year?
What are your expectations for Training and Services?
How would you define success for your Advantage Program?
Which business units and respective workflows are targeted for this Advantage Program?
What are the business goals and objectives that you and your stakeholders care about (both short term and long term)?
