[gpl_list] Agency support for GISP certifications

We only have an agency policy on professional membership dues, not professional certifications.  I imagine that we could possibly support it, but do not currently have a policy to address this.

Following a recent GISP certification discussion there was interest in learning more about whether various agencies are currently able to offer any financial support or reimbursement to those employees pursuing their GISP certifications?
