[gpl_list] GIS support for Covid-19 response

Hi folks, I've asked a few of you about this informally, but there's an urgent need for GIS support in the Covid-19 response.  We've gotten an unofficial request from Arron Heriford at DHS, in the two attached emails, as well as now an official request from the ECC through Oregon Emergency Management.  One person from GEO, Josh Tanner is already helping out, but more is needed. I know some of you, or others in your agency, are already helping out on this in other ways. Please review the two attached messages from Arron for more detail.  If you can help, please contact Arron directly and copy me so I know what's happening and can report back on the official request.  Thanks!
