[gpl_list] 2020 Oregon NAIP

Hi Folks,

I wanted to give everyone an update about 2020 imagery for Oregon.

As you are probably already aware the Oregon Statewide Imagery Program (OSIP) did not pursue an acquisition in 2020 due to a lack of funding participation. However, NAIP did elect to acquire Oregon this year. That project will be statewide and is currently approximately 48% complete. The State of Oregon will obtain a copy of the NAIP 2020 data for distribution when it is available, likely in early 2021.

The NAIP specifications for the Oregon 2020 project are: 60cm, 4-band (RGB, NiR), 4m accuracy.

I'll provide additional updates as I received them.
