[gpl_list] Draft GPL Meeting Minutes (June) for review

Thanks Jon and your minutes taker.  My update:


  *   Was doing ESRI instructor-led training Tuesday (ArcGIS Enterprise Base Deployment) so missed the call.
  *   DOR continues coordinate with ORMAP Tools Committee (consortium of county GIS leaders) on what cadastral GIS in the ArcGIS Pro age will look like.  Training part of evaluating a proposed setup of Enterprise/Portal hosting (branched versioned) feature layer services edited by ArcGIS Pro on the desktop using the Parcel Fabric for Pro extension.
  *   Umatilla taxlot data issue first identified by Randy Dana is confirmed.  I'm seeing duplicate "stacked" taxlot polygons in some areas.  This affected their script-generated MapIndex feature class for sure.  Have contacted county and am awaiting a response.  Any Umatilla data feedback from analyses other agencies have done would be welcome and I could pass that along to the county.  May ask Dave Mather to update ORMAP Umatilla data if we can get a corrected data set from them (not this month though, see next).
  *   DOR is in the process of assuming cadastral GIS maintenance duties for Crook county, bringing the number of counties we handle maintenance for to 10.  Since the Crook contract begins July 1, I'm switching away from everything ORMAP/GPL the rest of this month to focus on getting their data migrated and set up in DOR's production system.
