[gpl_list] Rough burn severity estimate

[NILE Emmor H * ODF]

ODF has created a preliminary burn severity estimate for  the 7 major fires in western Oregon.

The raster was created by running an unsupervised classification of the PlanetScope 4 band 3 meter imagery collected on September 27 & 28, 2020.
The brown colors generally are non-vegetative and burned, and the greens are live vegetation.

This classification was done without training sites or field visits.
If you need the source imagery from Planet we can share that as a part of the Oregon Planet pilot.
