[gpl_list] FIT proposal evaluations

Hi folks, thanks to those that have signed up via the doodle polls to evaluate FIT grant proposals!  We could use a few more evaluators if you can spare some time for this.  If you've signed up to do an evaluation or two, please consider yourself committed to doing those evaluations.  I won't be sending individual confirmations.  If you see a gap for a particular proposal, where there could be more evaluators needed, please consider taking on an evaluation.  It would be good to have at least two evaluations for each proposal from each of the four groups to which this message is sent.

As you may have noted, we have had two grant proposals pulled.  The imagery proposal (#1) from Nikki Hart-Brinkley and the Machine Learning proposal (#7) from David Percy were both pulled so there is no need to evaluate either of those proposals.
