[gpl_list] Data Standard Template - DRAFT v2

Hi All.

In next week's OGIC TAC meeting and the GPL meeting we will have some time where you can provide suggestions on how to improve the data standard template.  Put yourself in the shoes of a data steward or data provider and needing to complete this data standard document for an individual dataset.  Does everything make sense?  Are appropriate definitions and examples provided?

I'm sending this out today so that you will have advance opportunity to look at it and prep for this agenda item at next week's meetings.
