[gpl_list] OGIC Strategic Plan - Presentation for GPL/TAC meeting 9/13

All,

Here is the presentation for the OGIC Strategic Plan agenda item with slides toward the end showing revised Goals and Objectives. (This presentation was given to OGIC at their Work Session last week.)  OGIC's activities will be formalized in an annual or biennial work plan in 2023.

Reminder #1:  the new Strategic Plan focus is on the Framework Program and the work that you all do within the FITs.  Please review this presentation prior to our meeting next week and come with some thoughts, edits, comments on the proposed new Goals/Objectives.

Reminder #2:  the Strategic Plan is for the next 4 years - 2023-2026.
