[gpl_list] laptop specs for ArcGIS Pro

Hello, all.

Our agency is moving all staff to laptop computers.  The computers currently being provided look like this:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz   1.80 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Internal hard drive: 232 GB
Graphics card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

Our GIS users find these systems to be less than optimal (those of us who have access to our old desktop systems continue to use them).

If you are or plan to be running ArcGIS Pro exclusively on a laptop, what specifications would you recommend for optimal functioning of the software's capabilities?
