To piggy-back off of the strategic planning presentation that esri gave in February at GPL, here is a 2-day Workshop that you may be interested in.  See below for details.

If you or others in your agency are interested in signing up for the workshops, please email Dave Mather and he can get you signed up.  As Tabetha mentioned, the cost is 2 credits per person = $1,240.  I will bill your agency for use of these credits in June/end of biennium.

This is 2 day workshop in the near future (dates below) that I thought might be useful for some of the agencies.  I know many of them are going to go through a modernization effort and could use some help with building a tangible plan. This workshop provides hands-on sessions to help:


  *   Align GIS to the business needs across the organization and readiness of the organization
  *   Identify barriers/readiness in stakeholders
  *   Build sponsorship with an actionable plan
  *   Build a communication plan to build awareness and desire for change

Several of the themes recently discussed in the presentation "Alignment of GIS to Your Business: What It Is, Why It's Important & How To Do It" are addressed in this workshop.

Anyone taking this workshop could use AP credits to purchase; this would be 2 AP credits p/p.
